Here are some important Facts and Ordering Guidelines to help get you started stocking your store. Our goal is to assist you any way we can and make the one stop shopping experience at School Spirit Store an easy process. Please call us with any questions and we will be happy to walk you through ordering from start to selling! Also remember if you do not see exactly what you need we can find it for you - just ask!

Pricing- Please refer to Product Info for specific pricing info for individual products. Be sure to ask us about our Stock Our Store Specials!!

Imprinted products- prices include 1 color 1 location imprint. Additional charges will apply for additional colors and/or locations

Embroidered products- prices include up to 5,000 stitches in 1 location. Additional set up charges will apply. Additional charges will apply to larger logos requiring more than 5,000 stitches

Set Up Charges- Screen Charges or digitizing for imprinting may apply - refer to Product Description for additional charges

Artwork- A PDF of your logo and/or Mascot is needed for production. We are happy to assist with the logo design if you do not have artwork. Please check out our Design Ideas page on the website as well as our stock Mascot ideas. Art charges may apply for cleaning art, typesetting or creating new art.

Minimum Orders- All Products have a minimum order to go into production. If less than minimum is needed a Less than Minimum charge may apply. Apparel items can be combined with the same logo to meet minimums

Overruns/Underruns- All non-apparel items are subject to a 10% over/under run and will be credited or invoiced as needed

Proofs- We require a signed proof on all custom orders. There is a $15.00 charge per proof

Returns- All Custom orders are final sale. There are NO returns or Exchanges except on damaged or mis- shipped merchandise.

Cancellations- Once a signed proof is received there are no cancellations on custom orders

Payment- We require Pre-payment or a School Purchase Order before Custom Orders can be put into production

Samples- Samples are available on request and will be invoiced at 1st column pricing plus shipping

Shipping- All orders will be invoiced at standard UPS ground rates
